About This Exchange

The MDEG Secure Client Exchange provides authorized users with controlled access to project documentation, engineering deliverables, inspection reports, and other project materials that do not require controlled handling.

The File Exchange lets your MDEG Project Manager open a Transfer Room for your project. You are invited by email, sign in with a one-time link, and upload or download large files directly. No accounts to manage, no software to install, and it works on a phone. Every upload carries an attestation that the file contains no controlled information, every file is scanned before it can be downloaded, every transfer is logged, and files delete automatically after 30 days.

Controlled Unclassified Information never moves through this system. CUI transfer is arranged with your MDEG Project Manager through approved channels outside this exchange.

Client File Exchange

A channel for exchanging non-controlled project files with MDEG. Access is by invitation from your MDEG Project Manager. Every upload requires an attestation that the file contains no controlled information. Files live 30 days, then they are deleted.

Clients arriving without an invitation should contact their MDEG Project Manager.

Access Control

Compliance

MD Electric Group holds CMMC Level 2 for its controlled environment. This exchange operates outside that boundary by design and carries no Controlled Unclassified Information.
